Le cinéaste iranien Jafar Panahi a entamé hier une grève de la faim, pour protester contre son arrestation et sa détention arbitraires par les autorités oppressives et liberticides d’Iran.
Ce cri pour la Liberté nous oblige collectivement.
Nous, cinéastes, appelons à sa libération immédiate.
Nous appelons nos gouvernements à condamner le plus fermement les crimes terribles du régime iranien contre son peuple, et à protéger la liberté de penser et de créer.
Aux artistes et au peuple iraniens, nous réaffirmons notre solidarité indéfectible.

“Until my lifeless body is freed from prison.” Jafar Panahi
Iranian filmmaker Jafar Panahi began a hunger strike yesterday, to protest his arbitrary arrest and his detention at Evin Prison by the oppressive and freedom-killing Iranian authorities.
We must collectively answer this cry for help.
Us, filmmakers, call on for Jafar Panahi’s immediate release from prison.
We call on governments to condemn more firmly the Iranian regime’s crimes against the Iranian people, and to protect the freedom of thought and creation.
We reaffirm our indefectible solidarity to the Iranian artists and to the Iranian people.
